Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Showroom Advisor/Customer Service Rep is a front facing role that will offer top of the line service to our customers. This individual aims to develop new customers and continue to provide solutions to existing ones.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively listen to customer needs and advise on the best product fit.
- Develop customer relationships and add value and support to the client base.
- Proactively develop sales leads and opportunities.
- Enter customer orders into ERP.
- Communicate with the warehouse team to coordinate in-person orders.
- Liaise with outside Territory Sales Rep for order taking and follow up.
- Accurately and efficiently perform invoicing tasks.
- Ensure the showroom is kept clean and always organized.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service levels are met.
- Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and proposals through CRM (HubSpot & Proton).
- Update customers on products, modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Keep up to date with training & product learning videos.
- Offer positive contributions to our culture and business environment.
- Represent Marathon with dignity and respect.
**Skills**:

- Impeccable customer service business etiquette.
- Excellent computer skills.

**This is a contract position for 9 months - which can be extended if necessary.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: $21.00 per hour
