Join our team as a System Administrator III, Enterprise Infrastructure In this role you’ll oversee the timely and budget-conscious deployment of enterprise systems and software platforms. Maintain a high system uptime rate through proactive maintenance and effective incident response. Establish and enforce a set of IT best practices to reduce recurring IT issues improving response times and coach junior team members.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they meet objectives
- Regularly assessing and enhancing system operations to improve efficiency and reliability
- Providing guidance and feedback to junior team members, promoting skill development.
- Performing comprehensive analyses to identify system improvement opportunities
- Creating detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, an Associate’s degree with extensive experience and advanced certifications
- 5-7 years of experience in system administration or related fields, with evidence of technical leadership, project management, and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Advanced system and network security practices
- Mastery in virtualization and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Expertise in automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Powershell, Teraform)
- Deep understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, strategic planning and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a level of high adaptability and composure in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are considered an asset
