Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Lounge Server/Bartender to join our growing team

This role offers a unique mix of serving and bartending duties and is perfect for those who enjoy varied duties throughout their workday

**What you'll be doing**:

- Stock the Lounge with supplies required to serve meals and/or drinks as required throughout the shift.
- Ensure the Lounge/Bar area and equipment is clean and set up with appropriate menus, snacks and promotions as required.
- Take Guest’s orders and through the input of information into the Point of Sales System, provides it to the Bartender and/or Kitchen.
- Deliver meals and drinks in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Accept and deliver Room Service orders when required.
- Providing service to the outdoor patio area, based on seasonal demands.
- Create check, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for cash floats and deposits.
- Make drinks for the lounge guests and restaurant servers, strictly based on orders rung through the Point of Sale system.
- Fill and put away bar requisition.
- Stock bar product and equipment.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 2-3 years previous experience within a similar role
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell
