**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a cohesive dining experience for guests.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Some knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes, training provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
