**Here’s what you’re signing up for**:
You will coordinate sales objectives, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives while working directly with our marketing and project management teams. You will also assist in streamlining and suggesting company processes, as it seems fit. You are a key member of our team that will contribute to long-term growth.
**Some of your major initiatives**:
- Nurture & develop trusted relationships with clients by providing marketing strategy and service suggestions.
- Identify key business opportunities by researching & identifying relevant prospects, and ultimately driving sales through these qualified leads.
- Perform client outreach via phone calls, in-person meetings, events, sales presentations, social media, visiting brokerages, etc.
- Grow revenue and manage sales funnel to minimize seasonal dips by implementing growth initiatives.
- Create custom packages and custom quotes for client partners
- Educate existing clients on our services and explore areas of growth for their businesses.
- Identify additional services that benefit Sona Visual and meet the needs of prospective clients
- Research and keep up-to-date on key industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners and complementary businesses
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience driving net-new business in a fast-paced and adaptive environment
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Experience public speaking with varying group sizes
- Strong proficiency with different software programs
- General knowledge of marketing principles is required
- Ability to create and crush self-driven goals
- Excellent organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
