**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our pest control team. This role combines sales and account management, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients and building a personal portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions to potential clients, and establishing long-term relationships.

Unlike typical account management roles, you’ll start without pre-assigned accounts and will be responsible for managing and growing only the client relationships you establish.

**Core Responsibilities of an Account Manager**
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Client Meetings and Relationship Building
- Sales Planning and Territory Management
- Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Account Management and After-Sales Support
- Tracking and Reporting Sales Activity
- Collaboration with Internal Teams

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but our thorough training will support you.
- Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in time management and territory planning
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different environments
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially during evenings and weekends.
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Must have access to reliable transportation for travel within Calgary

**Compensation**
- Training will be provided and compensated.
- Base + Commission
