We are a young, thriving company, located in Markham and we are seeking seasoned Warehouse (Inventory Associate) to join our dynamic team. **Summary**:
The Inventory Associate maintains inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and tracking inventory transactions associated with Distribution processes. Investigates and reports discrepancy to continuously improve policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Perform counts for Recalls, Non-Compliant products, Investigate Non
- Inventory Items from” Quarantine Area “and report to Inventory Control specialist.
- Bin-locate new products to assigned locations.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure proper quality.
- Participates in Annual Physical Inventory Counts.
- Assist with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to determine the accurate count, compliance, and expiry of the product for restock.
- Check dates of E-liquids for expiration and report to Inventory Control Coordinator to facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.
**Experience and Background**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math skills; adaptive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- 2+ years direct experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory control terms and preparations.
- Proficient in Microsoft - especially Excel
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Driven to constantly improve and to assume more responsibilities
Location: Markham (14th and Woodbine Avenue)
Rate: Starting from $18.80/Hr., plus Year-End performance bonus ( Paid lunch break-30 Mins, Pizza Time or BBQ Time, Group Benefits)
Type: Permanent Full Time (Non-Contract)
Shift: Monday - Friday - Your typical working schedule will be 40 - 44 hours per week to be assigned within our standard warehouse business hours (Occasional evenings and weekends as required)
