Enter orders and check with available inventory
- Prepare, submit and communicate with local supplier purchase orders
- Create Packing Slip and notify the warehouse for all incoming orders immediately
- Ensure Account Receivable within the timeline
- Manage Account Payable, Payroll, and HST filings
- Inventory management & monitor sales
- Reconcile vendors’ accounts on a monthly basis
- Accurately prepare bank and credit card reconciliations monthly
- Create QB reports / Excel spreadsheet as needed
- Maintaining company records
- Communication with clients to ensure a high level of professionalism
- Handle client requirements on a timely basis
- Assist with duties on an as-needed basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
