**Key Responsibilities**
- Performing production line process checks
- Maintain accurate records of process checks
- Conduct raw material evaluations, product evaluations, label verifications
- Conduct pre-op and/or mid shift sanitation checks as needed
- Monitor employee GMPs
- Report food safety and quality issues to QA Manager
- Flexible in cross-training and performing process checks on all production lines as assigned by QA Manager
- Other duties as assigned by QA Manager

**Qualifications / Characteristics**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a food processing facility
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices considered an asset
- Detail Oriented.
- Must positively interact with fellow employees and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working in a moderate to cold working environment.
- Ability to stand or move continuously for extended periods of time.
- Capacity to multi-task and adapt to fluctuating work requirements
- Health and safety Oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- Tillsonburg, ON N4G 4W9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
