Jiva Organics is a distributor of organic and natural foods located in South Burnaby. We are passionate about bringing healthy foods to our customers and are seeking a personable yet professional Sales Coordinator to join our busy team This is a fulltime position with room to grow for the right person.

**Responsibilities** _(include but are not limited to):_
- Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations (i.e. monthly deals, catalogues, etc.)
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty by promptly responding to communications
- Support sales process by communicating with customers regularly about the status of orders, product/company updates, payments and coordinating with other staff as needed
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Check, enter and manage sales orders from various web-based platforms (i.e. Amazon, TJX Canada)
- Manage phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Assist with other office duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in an office/sales setting
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Great communicator and commitment to providing great customer service
- High school diploma, post secondary education/training an asset
- Friendly personality; respectful, reliable, honest, motivated
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Must be fluent in English

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
