Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution through our three regional locations, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.

We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Representative to join our team based out of our Milton, Ontario location.- Position: Full-Time, Temporary (12 months)- Salary: $50,000/year + 15% Bonus + Car allowance- Schedule: 9am to 5 pm / Monday to Friday

Description of Role:
The majority of time in this role will be spent on the road visiting customers and acting as the go-to person for our Healthcare customer locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and influence customer contract compliance- Support sales growth initiatives and strategies- Effectively handle queries & complaints- Conflict resolution to ensure that all customer issues/concerns are dealt with in a timely manner- Effective team player, accountable for their individual results as well as the overall team objectives- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Two or more years of customer service, inside sales and/or business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.- Excellent follow up and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)- Excellent time management skills- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks based on customer needs- A natural desire to serve our customers- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team
