**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the company's financial goals.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential investors, including venture capital firms, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to secure funding.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and refine fundraising materials and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential funding opportunities and trends.
- Manage the entire fundraising process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and investor relations activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Fund Raising Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record in raising capital.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and investor relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and real estate tokenization is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
