Quality Assurance Specialist

**We are currently looking for a full-time Returns and Repair Specialist.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, inspect and test returns and repairs in a timely manner
- Refurbish and restore electronics to a sellable condition
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels effectively
- Maintain accurate records of RMA transactions and refurbished units
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve product issues
- Assist in developing and improving RMA processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with our customer services team regarding the status of RMAs and address any inquiries or concerns
- Communicate with vendors to coordinate repair orders
- Enter and analyze data to identify trends in RMA requests
- Inventory control and physical counts
- Picking and packing
- Support other departments as necessary
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in RMA processing and consumer electronics testing.
- Ability to multi-task, drive to surpass KPIs and handle competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Typing speed WPM 40+ and adequate knowledge on how to use a computer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Light lifting up to 20lbs
- Experience in product grading and refurbishment is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
