**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while ensuring accurate data entry into the hotel management system.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and available for guests.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, addressing calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
