**Schedule**:Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 4pm
**Job Summary**:

Under the direction of the Controller, this position is responsible for reviewing and updating accounting and payroll processes and procedures.
**Typical Duties**:
- Compile all accounting and payroll related procedures and highlight them for review and updates.
- Assist and review the accounts receivable process and update the process manuals.
- Assist and review the rent collection process and update the process manuals.
- Assist and review the trust disbursements, account opening/closing, fees collection and bank reconciliation processes and update the process manuals.
- Assist and review the accounts payable process and update the process manuals.
- Assist and review the cash and cheques deposits process and update the process manuals.
- Assist, review and update the accounting standard operating procedures.
- Assists in ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
**Job Qualifications**:
Ability to provide or obtain:
- WHIMIS certification
- Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Clearance
