**Landscape Construction Crew Leader**
Stonecreek Excavation Ltd. is a very experienced and team orientated company that specializes in residential and commercial construction projects. We have been operating in the Okanagan for 5+ years and are an innovative and quick growing company. We are looking to expand our well-established team at Stonecreek Excavation Ltd.
**Job Duties**
Create a positive work environment and motivate crew members to successfully complete projects. Work with and supervise a crew to complete various construction landscape projects in an efficient and effective manner, while satisfying the customer.
- **Projects may include but not limited to the following**:_
Planting trees, bushes and shrubs.
Laying rock, gravel, mulch beds and sod.
Installing paving stones, retaining walls, rock walls, and water features.
Installation of irrigation systems and landscape lighting.
Experience using equipment such as a skid steer, a mini excavator and power equipment.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic and reliable.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Able to lead, instruct and work well with a team/crew.
- Think two steps ahead and problem solve on the job.
- Irrigation work experience.
- Experience using equipment such as a skid steer, a mini excavator and power equipment.
- A couple years’ experience doing landscape work.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- High school graduation or equivalent.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
