In this role, you will be responsible for working within a landscape maintenance team to maintain all aspect of the landscape for our high-end residential clients. You will be assisting an established Team Member / lead hand and receive training in all aspects of our work. This role includes, but is not limited to:

- Showing up to work on-time
- Performing walkthroughs with our team leads to confirm scope of work and safety protocols for each job
- Educating our clients on our services so they can properly make decisions
- Installation of softscapes (sod, trees, plants), as needed
- Mowing of lawns
- Pruning of shrubs and trees
- Maintaining a clean work site
- Driving one of our trucks when needed
- Keeping track of your truck inventory and organization on a daily/weekly basis
- Partaking in our weekly horticultural lessons.
- Being able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropes
- Being physically fit and willing to work in all weather conditions
- Have a positive, motivated, energetic personality
- Able to successfully work in a team

**Experience with the following is preferred, but not required**:

- Basic Tools (shovel, rake, hand saw, small engine equipment etc.)
- Driving truck and trailer

**A “landscape maintenance worker” can expect**:

- To start at a wage of eighteen to twenty-eight dollars per hour, depending on previous experience
- To be guided and trained in all aspects of landscape construction
- Full benefits after 90 days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
