We're hiring 6 Landscape Maintenance Apprentices for the 2026 season.

What You'll Do (Landscape Maintenance & Outdoor Work)

As a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice, you'll support your crew with:

• Lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging
• Plant + shrub bed maintenance, mulching, pruning
• Seasonal cleanups
• Learning irrigation basics
• Operating landscape maintenance tools and equipment safely
• Working on high-end residential properties that require attention to detail
• Snow Removal services .. if that's your thing
• Building your skills toward Apprentice, Foreman or Manager positions

This is hands-on outdoor labour — physical, rewarding, and always changing.

• You've mastered landscape maintenance basics
• You're a reliable, trusted crew member
• You consistently "work like the client is watching"
• You're advancing through your Personal Development Plan
• You're on track for leadership if that's your goal

Training & Career Development

We train from the ground up. Every full-time employee gets:

• A personalized CRL Development Plan (your step-by-step training pathway)
• Business & financial literacy training (open-book management)

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$22/hr with no experience
• $22–$26/hr with relevant outdoor or landscaping experience
• Paid overtime after 8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week

• 2-week paid trial — to make sure it's the right fit
• Clear advancement pathway: PreApprentice → Apprentice → Foreman → Manager

Requirements

• BC Class 5 Driver's Licence (required)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor labour
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
