**Your Role**:
As an **Automotive Service Advisor**, you will be the bridge between our customers and service technicians, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.
- **Customer Engagement**: Listen to customer concerns and provide expert service advice.
- **Efficient Scheduling**: Coordinate service appointments and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status.
- **Customer Education**: Explain recommended services and maintenance schedules in a clear and professional manner.
- **Upsell Opportunities**: Introduce promotions and service packages to boost customer satisfaction and value.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a must
- **Communication Skills**: You excel in engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
- **Automotive Knowledge**: You understand the ins and outs of vehicle services and maintenance.
- **Background & Driver's Abstract**: A clean driver’s abstract and successful background check are required.
