Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts, providing expertise and guidance.
- Order Management: Efficiently manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a dealership setting or Aftermarket Parts Advisor is a must.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a positive customer experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive parts, their functions, and compatibility.
- Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
- Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
- Preferred CDK and GM experience
