**Your Role as a Service Advisor**
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Here’s what you’ll do:

- **Customer Engagement**: Listen to customer concerns, provide expert advice, and build trust.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate service appointments and keep customers informed about their vehicle’s progress.
- **Education**: Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance schedules to customers.
- **Upselling**: Highlight promotions and service packages to enhance customer value.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- **Communication Skills**: A natural ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- **Automotive Knowledge**: A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- **Requirements**: A clean driver’s abstract and successful background check.

**Work Schedule**
- Full-time, permanent position
- 8-hour shifts
