**Position Overview**: As a Social Media Specialist at Dex Clothing, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and engaging with our diverse community of fashion enthusiasts. This is part-time and requires a commitment of 10-15 hours per week, providing valuable hands-on experience in social media management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- **Recent graduate (degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).
**- **Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current industry trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and a creative eye for visual content.
**- **Proficient in Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite, and possess photography knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
