**Executive Administrative Project Coordinator**

**Permanent Full-time (hybrid work - 2 days in office)**

**What will be your role?**

The Executive Administrative Project Coordinator (EAPC) plays a pivotal role in providing efficient and high-quality administrative and project management support to the VP and the Quality, Best Practice and Education (QBPE) department. They work closely with the VP QBPE, and work within a continuous quality improvement framework to promote and maintain strong connections with clients, staff, service providers and VHA leaders. The incumbent will act as primary contact for educational institutions for student coordination and placements at VHA. Their role focuses on organizing and managing competing demands and priorities effectively with responsibilities to manage and execute specific projects and coordinate the work and schedule of the VP. Their work will incorporate the development of project plan to implement and manage projects that QBPE and client voice portfolio is leading. This may include basic data analysis, short reports and meeting logistics. The EAPC will be able to optimally navigate and handle complex and time-sensitive/urgent situations and have a tolerance for ambiguity. You are adept at working effectively with a wide variety of people inside and outside the organization. You will have a positive and agile approach to keeping the team you support productive and organized. **Required Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary office administration diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related care discipline or a business degree is preferred.
- Project Management education is required, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in assistance and support at a senior management level and/or 3 years of project management/coordination role experience, preferably in health-related sector.
- Proven ability to promote a culture of collaboration.
- Experience leading and supporting project teams is an asset.
- Experience in creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Results Oriented and exhibits ‘can do’ attitude; perseveres to deliver results; anticipates potential issues/barriers and develops contingency plans to address them; demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators and develops action plans to improve outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills. Uses time efficiently and responds quickly and constructively when confronted with challenges and changing priorities.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail' with ability to prioritize/manage competing demands and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple internal partners and stakeholders.

Satisfactory completion of technical skills testing will be required.
