**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically present menus
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square
- Serve food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and quality
- Manage cash and process payments accurately, including cashier duties
- Promote menu items through effective upselling to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist other team members as needed to support overall operations
- Efficiently manage time to serve multiple tables during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Deliver outstanding guest service by professionally addressing questions and concerns
- Encourage guests to provide honest feedback and write Google reviews about their experience

**Skills**
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Square POS, is preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling protocols
- Prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry is an asset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering and billing
- Understanding of food preparation, serving techniques, and hospitality standards
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with kitchen and team members
- Capability to upsell menu items to improve guest experience and sales
- Serving experience or food industry background is a plus but not required
- Fast and consistent mover on the dining floor to keep up with busy periods
