We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with guest services principles and hospitality standards is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$27.35 per hour
