The Captain's Boil Vaughan is currently hiring part-time and full-time servers with 1-year experience. Must have a Smart serve certification, be available day or evening, weekdays and weekends. Must have customer service experience and good communication skills. Must be a team player, be efficient, have a great personality, and work in a high pace environment.

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or food service role.
- Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.

Pay: $17.20-$30.92 per hour
