We're seeking a driven and strategic sales Channel Account Executive for Canada, in this role you will manage the sales cycles within the Canadian region.This role has a focus on working with Solutions Partners to drive sales and services relationships within a growing client base. This role will manage a combination of direct and partner led clients while leveraging our partner network to drive greater engagement and improve client success. You will work with key client decision-makers, understanding their evolving needs and leveraging the unique services and skillsets of our partners to grow revenues..

This role can either be fully remote, depending on which area you live in, or based in our Vancouver, New York, San Francisco, or Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. **What You'll Achieve**:

- Masterfully navigate complex account and partner sales plays, matching client needs with partner expertise.
- Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure all stakeholders see the value of your vision and Asana, especially partners.
- Driving revenue and growing businesses, leveraging your negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure win-win partnerships
- Partner seamlessly with partner and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive long term success and business value
- Serve as a trusted advisor with excellent relationship-building skills within both client and partner relationships

**About You**

- 4+ years of B2B selling experience in a channel led ecosystem.
- Experience working with partners as a key part of every sale.
- You have a proven ability to close deals both directly and especially leveraging partners, particularly within the SaaS software space
- Can uncover hidden potential within established accounts, driving exponential growth
- You excel at cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders
- Understand the importance of services, and the value of leveraging partners as a force multiplier
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $147,000-168,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
