**The Vancouver Golf Club** is excited to offer a unique and rewarding opportunity for an **Outside Services Manager/Golf Professional** to join our team in 2025 This role is perfect for those with aspirations to become a Head Professional, providing valuable hands-on leadership experience while overseeing a dedicated back shop team.

**Overview**:

- **Position**: Outside Services Manager/Golf Professional
- **Employment Type**:Full-time; Year-Round Employment
- **Reports To**: Director of Golf
- **Compensation**:Annual base salary of between $50,000-$56,000 **+** 100% of earned Lesson Revenue.

**Position Details**:

- As Outside Services Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in our golf department, ensuring top-tier service for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:_
- Hire, Lead, Supervise and ensure accountability for all **Outside Service Team** members with support from the Director of Golf.
- Manage scheduling and bi-weekly payroll for team members.
- Drives a culture of prioritizing the member and guest experience while ensuring all team members are held accountable to our high service standards.
- Oversee daily back shop operations (850 member bags), cart fleet (40 power carts, 80 member electric carts), and world-class practice facilities including a full-length grass tee range and short game area.
- Implement and execute an annual standard operations procedure manual as well as daily checklists to ensure team members understand goals and daily duties.
- Ensures the organization and cleanliness of all outside services areas on a daily basis.
- Handle member concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Engage in pro shop, back shop, driving range, and first-tee duties while having the opportunity to teach lessons.

**Who You Are**:

- Experience in a pro shop or back shop is an asset.
- Experience supervising a team is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to consistently delivering exceptional member experiences and the ability to take full ownership of team leadership on a daily basis.
- Charismatic, passionate, enthusiastic, and engaging with people.
- Experience with the below software systems is an asset:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$41.77 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
