Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be working in the service areas that our crews are in that day, so you will need to be comfortable with working in various locations. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities

**Requirements**:

- Preferred 2 years of experience in outside sales
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: The position offers a base salary plus commission and bonus structure with an earning potential of $100k+.

**Salary**: $65,682.00-$72,464.00 per year
