**We're Hiring Join Aqua Dental Wellness as Our New Dental Hygiene Coordinator / Receptionist**

At **Aqua Dental Wellness**, we’re more than just a dental office—we’re a supportive, tight-knit team that values positivity, efficiency, and care. We're currently looking for a **full-time Dental Hygiene Coordinator / Receptionist** to join us **Monday-Thursday (no Fridays or weekends)**.

**About You**:

- You're organized, positive, and love interacting with people
- You thrive in a fast-paced office and keep things running smoothly
- You’re a team player who brings good energy to the room

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handling calls efficiently and professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dental services.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and bookkeeping as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
