Project Manager

**Job Overview**

**Nostrade Services** is building cutting-edge software that blends AI agents, personality science, and structured workflows. We’re looking for an **exceptionally organized Project Manager & Executive Assistant** who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to help bring AI-driven tools to life.

This isn’t your typical PM job. You’ll wear multiple hats—**project manager, executive assistant, office manager, and light technical coordinator**—to help us keep moving forward, faster. Some work from home but mostly in person from 2 other locations in Aurora and Woodbridge.

**Duties**
- Own and update our **master to-do list** and drive weekly priorities forward
- Schedule, track, and follow up on team tasks across product, marketing, IP, and operations
- Act as a **point of accountability** across a small but ambitious team
- Delegate tasks to staff, contractors, and contributors
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare notes, assign next steps
- Provide day-to-day executive support to founders
- Understand and track the basics of AI agent logic, LLM tools, and digital systems (we’ll train you if needed)

**Requirements**:

- **Min 2 years** of experience in operations, executive assistance, or project coordination (or give us a reason why your skills trump this requirment)
- Comfortable with **startup environments** and wearing multiple hats
- Obsessed with organization, details, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Based in the GTA and **available to meet/work in person regularly**:

- Familiarity with APIs, or coding is a **big plus**:

- **Active user of AI in your day to day**

- Have a background in writing, branding, content creation, or storytelling
- Practice something focused and disciplined — like yoga, martial arts, or coaching
- Think in systems and love making things more efficient, elegant, and scalable

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
