**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform project decisions and track progress.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful collaboration.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and accomplishments.

**Skills**
- Proficient in budgeting techniques and financial management related to project costs.
- Strong experience in product management and understanding of product lifecycle processes.
- Expertise in change management practices to support organizational transitions.
- Ability to collect and analyze data for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of risk management principles to proactively address potential issues.
- Familiarity with project management systems and tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
