**We are currently seeking an individual with a positive “can do” attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who acts with discretion and has the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.**

**The main responsibility of this role is to support the U.S. Tax team in routine administrative matters and assist in providing exceptional service to clients.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide day to day administrative support to U.S. Tax Partner and U.S. tax team.
- Manage partner calendar, and schedule external and internal client meetings ensuring best use of time and efficiency.
- Finalize letters, memos, and presentations as required.
- Effectively manage and execute verbal and or written requests by partner including contacting clients or other professionals.
- Track all documents including client files as they arrive.
- Prepare client packages for delivery
- Maintain tax tracking database to ensure returns are completed on a timely basis.
- Monitor status of all U.S. tax returns
- Prepare reports as required
- Set up new clients
- Assist with the preparation of letters and invoices
- E-file tax returns
- Prepare faxes and various correspondence to federal and state authorities
- Assist in obtaining IRS and State tax transcripts
- Maintain and update client lists
- Other administrative tasks as requested
- Ensure timely response to all client inquiries
- Manage the flow and content of information while maintaining strict confidentiality while adhering to strict deadlines

**Professional and experience requirements**
- Dedicated and motivated with the ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess and CCH Taxprep is an asset.
- Professional demeanor and proven ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to monitor multiple projects and priorities including progress against deadlines and budget

**Salary range**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
