**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
**Trans Canada Insurance Marketing (TCIM)** is an insurance Managing General Agent that benefits from underwriting authorities to design insurance coverage that will suit your need. The expertise of our team of underwriters is at your service to offer in-house solutions for your commercial property and casualty accounts. In addition to our in-house capabilities, we have access to additional capacity through offer and accept or open market placement. In Quebec we do business as Profescau Assurance Spécialisée, a long time MGA based in Laval. Although most of our in-house capacity is available throughout Canada, we have delegated authority from regional carriers that differentiates regional possibilities. We also provide support in the U.S.A for your Canadian based insureds.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The Data Processor, under the direction of the Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for gathering and entering data. This is a hybrid position with expectation of working from the office 2 days per week.

**Job Duties**
- Process and issue policy documents under supervision.
- Ensure accurate entry of information entered. **Maintain and update client database.**:

- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in related field preferred.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to perform requested tasks with mínimal direction.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Monday to Friday
