Our Smart Storage Monitoring System provides real‑time alerts, analytics, and actionable insights for early detection of risks like spoilage and shrinkage. We collaborate closely with growers, processors, and storage facility vendors to protect crop yield and enhance supply chain visibility. Currently, we support operations across several regions in Canada and are expanding into key U.S. growing areas including Idaho, Washington, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. The Customer Success & Growth (AgTech) specialist will focus on supporting customers, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts, assisting with issue resolution, providing guidance on product usage, and analyzing data for improvements and insights. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and fostering strong communication with customers to ensure their success with our solutions.
