Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize overall efficiency in the 3D crystal engraving process.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage and supervise a team of production and photobooth personnel, machines operators and 3rd party partners, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure consistent product standards and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize overall equipment efficiencies by working with equipment suppliers and maintenance partners.
- Participate in cross functional projects.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management.
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient knowledge if tools like Google tools or microsoft excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Laser engraving machines knowledge is an advantage.

- Contrôler les niveaux de stock, prévoir la demande et mettre en œuvre des mesures de contrôle des stocks afin de maintenir des niveaux de stock optimaux tout en minimisant les déchets.
- Mettre en œuvre et appliquer des procédures de contrôle de la qualité afin de garantir des normes de produits cohérentes et la satisfaction des clients.
- Optimiser l'efficacité globale de l'équipement en travaillant avec les fournisseurs d'équipement et les partenaires de maintenance.
- Participer à des projets interfonctionnels.

Qualifications:

- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des opérations.
- Bilingue
- Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience professionnelle équivalente).
- Expérience confirmée en tant que gestionnaire des opérations ou dans un rôle similaire dans un environnement de fabrication ou de production.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et d'inspirer une main-d'œuvre diversifiée.
- Aptitude avérée à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions en s'appuyant sur des données.
