We have over 135+ yrs of combined experience in providing commercial, industrial, government, hospitals, schools/university solutions on how to manage their Energy Price Risk in an extremely volatility market, energy efficiency options (LED & HVAC), bill management/aggregation, invoice verification & rate analysis and optimization. **About the role**:As Ouii Energy is growing at a very fast rate, we are looking to add a dynamic team member to the operations group to support and enhance business operations. Ouii is looking for a professional who can review procedures, analyses data, support functional groups and create reports with recommendations to improve our daily operations.

**Responsibilities**: **Collecting data from various internal and external sources to prepare analytical reports that support decision making**
- Maintaining an organized database of all collected information to ensure efficient and effective data retrieval and reporting
- Routinely reviewing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors and address them promptly
- Collecting and reporting sales accountability and providing accurate and concise reporting to the team
- Developing reports and statistical methods for trend analysis
- Sending out daily, weekly, and monthly reports (internal/external)
- Review and audit natural gas/electricity purchase invoices.
- Setting up pricing and enrolment rules for brokers.
- Managing accounts receivable and ensuring payments are received.
- Ensuring that hedged products are properly applied to customers.
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
- Take part in new system developments as the business grows
- Sales support: Assist in preparation for customers’ analysis and presentations
- Performing other related duties as assigned from various functional groups.
- Degree in Business Technology Management, Management Analytics, Finance, Marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Power BI, and Excel considered as an asset.
- Ability to mutli-task
- Using computer software programs to manipulate data extracted.
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Strong analytical skills, using a combination of tools
- Bilingual EN/FR (required)

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year
