**Position: E-Commerce Assistant**

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Assistant to help manage and expand our online presence.

**The Role**:
We are currently expanding our digital horizons and seeking a skilled E-Commerce Assistant who embodies the spirit of excellence and precision that has driven our company for nearly 70 years. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in an environment where independence and responsibility are paramount.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms.

Analyze sales data and inventory using advanced Excel functions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Optimize e-commerce operations to improve customer satisfaction.

Provide customer service by handling inquiries, issues, and returns efficiently.

Utilize advanced Excel skills to dissect sales data and manage inventory, turning insights into action.

Elevate our e-commerce operations through strategic optimizations, enhancing the customer journey from start to finish.

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have: Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

Experience: At least 2-3 years in an e-commerce role.

Self-Starter: Capable of taking initiative and working independently.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Problem-Solver: Creative thinking to overcome challenges and optimize processes.

Responsible: A proven track record of reliability and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
