**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and account management practices.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
