Reporting to the senior accounting clerk, the assistant will have diversified tasks and responsibilities at the administrative and accountants for the company which owns 6 McDonald's restaurants on the South Shore of Montreal; Varennes, Sainte-Julie, Saint-Amable, Boucherville, Longueuil.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Clearview - (McDonald's Interface)_
- Verification and entry of daily data (sales, deposits, transfer of stock between restaurants, hours worked).
- Production of monthly reports for accounting entries.
- Acomba - (accounting software)_
- Payroll preparation and production.
- Production of monthly and annual reports (government remittances, T4, CNESST).
- Administration of group insurance and other taxable benefits.
- Entry and payment of invoices.
- Verification of account statements.
- Bookkeeping and entry of accounting data.
- Collaboration with the accountant for the production of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Production of government declarations (GST & QST, MEV).
- Classification and digitization of various accounting documents.
- All other related tasks assigned according to needs and ongoing projects.

Profile sought
- You have a DEP or DEC in accounting or in any other appropriate discipline.
- You have relevant experience of at least 6 months in a role associated with accounting.
- You have acquired solid knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
- You master the Microsoft Office suite and have ease with computer tools.
