**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install cabinets, fixtures, and other components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation processes.
- Perform plumbing and electrical installations as required for specific projects.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide maintenance person services as needed, including repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

**Skills**
- Proficient in assembly techniques and cabinet installation methods.
- Strong blueprint reading skills for accurate interpretation of project plans.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to installations.
- Experience in construction estimating for effective project planning.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Maintenance Person skills with a focus on carpentry and general repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
