Escala is a premier Strata residential community located in the heart of Coal Harbour. We are seeking an experienced Lead Concierge who embodies professionalism, hospitality, and a calm, service-driven presence. The Lead Concierge leads our concierge team in delivering an elevated resident experience while maintaining the security, privacy, and refined atmosphere of the building.

**Role Overview**:
The Lead Concierge oversees daily front desk operations, ensures continuity of service across a 24/7 schedule, and serves as the primary point of coordination between residents, concierge staff, building management, and service vendors. Attention to detail, sound judgement, and a polished manner are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leads and mentors the concierge team to ensure consistently high standards of courtesy, attentiveness, and professional presentation.
- Prepares and manages staff scheduling, shift coverage planning, and timekeeping accuracy.
- Maintains building access control, visitor management, and monitoring of common areas to support a discreet and secure environment.
- Coordinates and documents vendor access, basic maintenance requests, and contractor activities.
- Responds to elevated resident requests with calm, focused problem-solving and proactive follow-through.
- Ensures concierge manuals, emergency procedures, and digital records remain current and accurate.
- Represents the concierge team in operational discussions and contribute to continuous service improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior concierge, luxury private residence services role, with supervisory responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal presence: warm, composed, articulate communication style.
- Demonstrated understanding of security practices and emergency response readiness.
- Comfortable working with strata property management systems (e.g., BuildingLink, Condo Control, or equivalent).
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Eligible to work in Canada; criminal record check required.

Pay: $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
