**Role Summary and Purpose**

Travel is required in this role to provide on-site support as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Systems Administration and Maintenance_
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and storage utilization.
- Intervene in critical situations to prevent system failure.
- Create documentation that can be added to the IT knowledge base.
- Follow security regulations to ensure protection of user information.
- Support the IT Manager with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
- End-User Support_
- Support users regarding computer issues and general support requests.
- Communicate in a timely manner to support requests and document resolutions.
- Configure workstations and mobile devices using Device Management software.
- Manage onboarding/ offboarding of IT-related items (accounts, equipment, etc.).
- Consistently meet client service level targets while upholding superior service standards.
- IT Training_
- Coordinate and develop training curriculum with the goal of elevating IT proficiency across the company.
- Deliver standardized IT and systems training.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and knowledge bases tailored to various skill levels within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology Diploma, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of related professional experience
- Strong technical knowledge of PCs and centralized system environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra and Intune
- Customer Oriented

**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch period. Some overtime or weekend work may be required.
