Currently we are seeking a **Purchasing Coordinator** to join our team. We are searching for an organized individual with a positive attitude, a friendly demeanour, and demonstrates a strong work ethic with relevant experience.

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Building Services department. This role is crucial in supporting our scheduling coordinator by sourcing contractors and materials to meet job requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Scheduling Coordinator to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Source contractors for jobs, ensuring they meet project specifications and budgetary requirements.
- Research and identify reliable contractors and vendors for specialized services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractors arrive in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and vendors to resolve any delays.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience working in facility service field or other related fields.
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work effectively.

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (on-site)

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per hour
