Accounts Receivable Coordinator

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support all our customer base coordinating with the Supply Chain manager and Accounting Manager for seamless, high quality customer communications and customer expectation management.

Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential in this role.

The following are a summary of the responsibilities, skills and experience required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage cusomer quotation requests working with our estimating team
- Communicate and obtain customer sign off on shop drawings produced by the engineering team
- Manage Order Acknowledgements and deposit/balance payment process with customers prior to order entry and and / or releasing shipments.
- Communicate weekly updates with sales, production and logistic teams on customer accounts for credit status.
- Generate all sales invoices.
- Monitor and communicate with customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Post all account accounts receivables in Quickbooks.
- Generate monthly account receivable statements and reports.
- Credit card payments posting to Quickbooks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Tertiary or Diploma Qualification.
- 3 years experience in customer service and account receivable management.
- Experienced with working on Quickbooks.
- High level English writing and speaking skills is mandatory.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Spanish speaking an asset.
- Detail Oriented.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
