**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining global employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Updating HR databases and spreadsheets (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Provide orientations for new employees globally by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
- Prepare all offer paperwork for new hires globally
- Assist in monthly and semi monthly US payroll preparation
- Acts as primary liaison with employees with regard to global benefits programmes
- Organization chart maintenance
- Preparation of reports using our internal HRIS
- Assisting with international event coordination working within budgets
- Assisting with international immigration and global mobility
- Scheduling interviews as required
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Keen interest in HR operations
- Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to change
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
- University graduate experience
