**The Opportunity**
Stampede Drilling is looking for an experienced Recruitment and Personnel Coordinator to join our Field HR team at our operations office in Nisku Alberta. We offer excellent benefits, a competitive salary, and a great work environment.

**The Role**
As the Recruitment and Personnel Coordinator you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding of rig-based employees, while managing field personnel requirements and related administrative duties.
**Summary of Roles and Responsibilities**
- Process new hires and rehires following Company hiring policies, include booking pre-employment testing, collecting and distributing new hire paperwork and employee onboarding
- Ensure the complete and accurate maintenance of employee information in ADP;
- Administrative duties as required
**Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements**
- 1-3 years of front-line recruitment / coordination experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting or independently as required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience with ADP is considered an asset but not a requirement
- On-call rotation will be required
