Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Produce Associate to join our team. As a Produce Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our produce department while providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Clean and organize the produce department to ensure a fresh and appealing display
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer assistance in locating items
- Stock, rotate, and maintain produce inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Operate a forklift to move and stack produce shipments as needed
- Process customer transactions accurately using cashiering skills
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive shopping experience

**Skills**:

- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for better customer communication
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous
- Proficient in cashiering tasks
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and displays efficiently

Pay: $16.75-$21.00 per hour
