Call Centre Agent

**Outbound Calling**:
- Place outbound calls to potential clients using a script or a set of talking points.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide information about available properties, promotions, and services.
**Lead Qualification**:
- Assess the suitability of leads based on criteria provided by the real estate agency.
- Gather and record essential information about potential clients, including their budget, timeline, and preferences.
**Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
**Appointment Setting**:
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
**Follow-Up**:
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Address any concerns or queries prospects may have and provide additional information as needed.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
