**What You Will Do**

As a member of a lean mean construction site team the Assistant Site Superintendent will play a pivotal role in the execution of high profile developments under the guidance of the Site Superintendent.
- Safety Compliance
- Jobsite security
- Concrete and material management
- Material storage
- General Housekeeping
- Equipment and utilities
- Collective Problem solving
- Collaborate in Procore and SharePoint

**Work Environment**

Based out of a temporary construction site office with firsthand view of the action. This role is immersed in the construction culture where the project is the boss, which may mean extended hours, exposure to the elements and the challenge of meeting significant physical requirements that come with the territory.
